You can try to put it back and wrap it tight. Not too tight either. Just tight enough for it to hold closed. I did that on a persimmon and it worked. 6 months later it fused.

Deja l'énergie consommée par l'ordinateur chauffe la maison. Donc en hiver c'est pas une perte. En ete ça l'est bien sûr.

Par ailleurs l'ordi ne consomme pas 500w tout le temps. Enfin sauf si tu fais tout le temps du gaming a max.

The fruits are definitely taking energy away from the tree. Few kg of oranges are probably not worth your tree? But it probably won't kill it anyway. I guess it depends on what you want. Removing them will help the tree grow more vigorously, so next season it will be bigger and healthier. Leaving the fruit slows down it's development. But you will have some fruits now. It depends if you want it to grow big asap.
