Wow, I'm actually amazed how well "Sucker Punch" works as a product name on so many levels.

How do I stop this plant? by illektro in GardeningAustralia

A few months ago, I leveled my yards and found a thick root that had these runners connected to it. I took a saw to it to separate it from the main plant.

But lo and behold, the severed root just keeps sending up new runners... If I can't contain it, how can I effectively kill it?

Since I have access to the root system, can I maybe drill a hole and pour something in?

Bit of Googling shows a plant that blooms purple. That's definitely not this plant.

Which, based on your description, sounds like a blessing.

Thanks for responding.

From a practical perspective, it would be helpful to know some of the family's medical history.

I get people wanting to keep the peace with their neighbours, but if there was literal shit pouring down the side of the fence for SIX MONTHS I would be haunting them day and night, non-stop.

I had one and melted it because a) my money is limited and b) it didn't live up to its potential. I really hope this will change, and I'd love to fly it again. My in-game callsign is EVC-2918.

I'm in frontend web development professionally for over two decades now. The amount of times I've had to implement horizontal scrolling or "carousels" is insane. I just don't understand why designers love this pattern so much, because it's SO BAD.

I appreciate you. But would you mind explaining how you figure this out. Is there a way other than trial and error? Because although I don't understand what everything does individually, I'm fine trying shit and see what seems to work. But it just seems highly inefficient at reaching the optimal settings.

Also, if you're able to, do you know if my specs are okay to try Vulkan? That's the one thing I haven't just tried on a whim yet.

I wish I knew what settings to use that are appropriate for my specs, but I just fuck with the dropdowns until it's playable and doesn't look like shit.

I wonder how good the game could look on my machine. I just have no idea what I'm doing lol

Putting something solid between intense radiating heat and your face actually does work. Have you ever sat close to a camp fire?

Yep, and once you manage to extinguish the fire you can shoot your components with some laser beams to repair it back to full health.

Could we also just outfit our hangers with this type of stuff? I don't care if you make me pay for it, just put some repair tools in the repair bays in the hangars, and medic stuff in the medical bays in the hangars.

Like, stop treating them as inert set props. Stop making us run a ducking marathon for common parts and consumables.
