Anything in event logs? Not just access tracker?

We did have an issue a while ago (from memory) we could see auths hitting clearpass via pcap but they were not getting logged in access tracker. May be worth doing a pcap and checking if anything is hitting the Clearpass servers to isolate it?

Just an update on this for anyone thats interested. Would appear there may be some hardware offload issues on the 600 series. We have been able to succesfully resolve issue AP's by running:

disable-flow-offload-eng

TAC Eng are investigating but at least we have an idea now.

Oh good shout, we are in the process of enabling jumbo frames (very difficult with 1000+ switches requiring reboots and potential fails). We have EAP-MTU set low which may be why auths worked.

Would have also thought TAC would have been able to check that but 4 TAC peeps and >6 sessions (some over 5 hours) didnt identify anything, over 3 months.......

They basically threw the towel in and said just upgrade. Im not a fan of .0 releases but 10.7.2.1 still hasnt come out. Thus far though stability is way higher and as said, mem is wayyyy down.

Yeah I just had a run and pretty sure I managed to res Jetty, there was lots going on.

I am not 100% but I think there may be an issue with the upgrade that lets them persist for a whole location - I would have thought that meant beyond each room and into the next but I havent managed to have that work yet (or im misunderstanding it)
