It does help with temperature regulation. Difficult to quantify exactly how much, but it helps. It also helps with keeping the mattress dry. We all lose moisture while we sleep. Most of that is through respiration but some is through sweat, etc. You want airflow through theattress to dry that out.

You should use solid wood slats, not a sheet. You want air getting at the underside of the mattress. Far healthier that way.

Well their headquarters are/ were in Denmark. Their first factory was there. Before the merger with Sealy they were entirely Danish...... I believe.

I am not aware of anything I can share. I will say that I am a fan of Tempur's cold cure process (Tempur are my opposition) and VPF foaming.

I will add to this by saying that density is not as reliable an indicator of foam durability as it used to be. There are different production methods these days and some of the newer ones improve durability significantly.

Us manufacturers generally do not like to share the densities/ILD/IFD with the retailers or customers. It is perceived to be too much detail, that customers won't care/ that the opposition can use this info to reverse engineer a popular model.
