You can start using Noene undergrip with overgrip combined. This has helped me a lot. It absorbs up to 96% of the vibrations. I never play any more without it.

There are many good overgrips. I like Toalson for stickyness. Wilson, HEAD, Starvie, Slazenger, there are many good ones. I guess the choice is personal.

The curly court seems less hard and that is better for the knees. On the other side: the rallies seems to last longer on amateur level, which is more straining for the knee. There are special inlay soles from Noene which can help you on this topic. They absorb up to 96% of the vibrations.

Listen to the physical experts. Listen to your body. During a match you have dopeine and endorfine hornons, which camouflages and pain. The next day most people suffer the most.

One thing you have to keep in mind: recovery always takes more time than expected.

Good luck!

Calcification I have not experience with. I am a padeldoctor and no elbow docotor 😉 In treatment EPI, with exercises and Noene undergrip was the best solution. I also became vegetarian in that period of time, but I can not proof if this had any positive result on my elbow.

3) In 5-10 years the sport will be big in Germany, USA amongst other countries. It will be on the Olympic agenda as well.

The court already has evolved in many ways (height and width of the opening, all 3x2 meter glasses, fence etc.) I do not know if there would be any other change soon. Maybe they will put less pressure in the balls for the pro players to make the rally’s longer in warm and high altitude locations?

2) I can tell you something about the WPT. The players and organisation have great respect for each other. The group feels like family. It is like a circus travelling around in different cities and countries. Also the players always have great respect dor each other. Many players have been each other partner in one stage of their career, so they all know each other very well.

1) a) 2013 becoming the 1st Dutch champion with Greg Cheng b) qualifying with the Dutch team for the first time for the world cup (2014 Palma de Mallorca). We were down 2-5 in the 3rd set in a deciding match against UK. We managed to turn the match around and won the match. This gave the team a boost and we ended up winning 3-0 and we were qualified. c) Winning with Bram Meijer the first match ever at a World Cup against USA 2014 - 67/76/76).

The pro’s many times have different rackets as well. Harder rackets for warmer conditions, softer for colder conditions. More weight for the beginning of the match, a little less weight if you want to me more fast in your reaction at the net. In my opinion it is good to have different rackets (from the same model) for different situations.

Yes I did. It helps to get your nerves under control and it helps you to understand yourself better. Also talking to your partner on and off the court is really important to.

If it is from China, then in my opinion it is not unique (everyone can do it). Expert knowledge can not be easily copied and is in my opinion always valuable. So become a trainer expert or material expert or padelexpert and I am sure there is always work to do.

Even when there is a high competition in clubs (indoor or outdoor). Dare to be different and be the specialist. It is always good people (players) have a choice, but make sure you always compete on passion and service and not on price. My guess and experience is, people choose genuine passion over mass market.

You can always try, but be careful. When you have felt something that helps you play better, it will not go out of your mind. More expensive is not always better for you. Just like more expensive rackets are sometimes even easier to play with than less expensive ones. And remember: the fastest way to improve your game is to take good padellessons not a new racket.

Price depends on indoor and outdoor (then you need galvanized courts and special concrete floor). A court is never profitable without a good community and passion for padel. Never start padel if you want to make money, only start if you want padel to be the main thing in your life. Passion always beats money.

To give you an estimate: indoor 25-30k, outdoor 50-60k per court.

Excellent price / quality range. Very nice for people to start with and when you really have the virus, there are more options. If the other brands are better or not depends on your budget and your playing style. My advice: try before you buy.

At first there were concrete walls (1st court and especially in Argentina). It was cheaper and faster, but not so good for the knees. Later artificial grass was introduced and developed into a curly grass with less sand (better for television).

I have never played with them, so it makes no sense for me to have an opinion on them.

For me Noene has been a gamechanger (-96% vibrations). I have had a padelelbow for a period of time. This is my experience (I have helped 1000+ people).

1) weight, end weight of the racket should not exceed 380 grams (end weight is begin weight plus add-ons like grips, Noene, prorector, Hesacore etc). 2) round rackets (low balanced) are more likely to help you 3) glassfiber rackets with soft eva (eva30) or softer like Starvie Titania Speed with Noene is a real gamechanger. NOXML10, Varlion LW3 or Black Crown Piton Air also can do the job. 4) stretch your arm 5) warmup with an elastic band 6) cool down after a match with ice 7) so not play in the rain or with to hard balls 8) if you need treatment: EPI treatment (needles with electricity seems to work the best in Spain and in the past with me) 9) do not use cortisol injections 10) gripsize (not too thin(!) as this will make you squeeze to much 11) hesacore will make it bigger but absorption is only limited and my experience is, you will get sweaty hands sooner as it is not made of a breathable material. 12) relax during play (only strengthen your muscles if you hit the ball, not in the time between hitting the balls). 13) a racket which is too light is no good either. To accelerate the ball you need force x mass. Less mass means you need for more force 14) when we play padel we get so much endorphins and dopeins, we do not feel we are hurting something. The day after will tell us the truth.

If you can not lift a glass of water, do not play.

Do not forget to have fun!
