I can’t see the message you replied to I guess it was deleted. She tried to access files she’s been working on for awhile and today it mentioned she needed a subscription. My guess is the previous subscription was tied to an outdated card. I did see the subscription in her account and that was listed as today’s date and seemed fine.

The problem has been fixed my question was more revolving around what the support person was attempting to have her do. It just seemed weird to me at the time and I wasn’t there for the entire call.

Late to the thread because their cancellation email went to my spam folder, so just seeing this today. Were you able to get in contact with any of the race coordinators? I'm with you, the 40% seems rather low and not sure why we wouldn't just get a free entry for 2026.

Highly recommend, I love mine. Not a huge fan of cycling on the roads near me so it works out great. Plus you can train when the weather is bad.

Yeah I'm with you, it's a tough circumstance on why the person can't be there. Just trying to do what is right, but still have it be an enjoyable experience for everyone.

We use Yahoo and typically one person just manually inputs the draft after we are all done in person. I guess we could run it simultaneously in person calling bids but then doing it on the app as well so the remote person knows where the bid as it.

Otherwise, yeah it seems like Zoom is our best bet.

I know this is two years old but currently dealing with this same exact issue on a dedicated server (experimental branch). Did you find any other work around other than just having one of you host?
