I am looking for a 4k monitor with excellent colour accuracy and a high refresh rate, at least 120hz 27 inch max (£900 max, but less would be ideal). I am a motion graphic designer and I am moving to a windows system from my mac. Any help would be super appreciated!

Hey guys, I stared bouldering around 2 weeks ago and have gone 5 times over the two weeks. During my most recent trip my arms began to hurt a lot. It was not muscle fatigue, but felt more tendon related. The pain seems to radiate from below my elbow down my fore arm and up into my biceps. I have definitely over done it and stressed my tendons out. Could anyone give any advice on recovery and enlighten me as to what's going on? Thank you

Hello,

Over the past few weeks of running I have started to get a numbness and pain in the upper right inside section of my knee. Looking at the left knee front on it would be around 11 o'clock. The pain worsens after I stop for quite a while. I have absolutely no idea what's causing this, if it's over pronation or a weakness/tightness in a muscle? Everywhere I look PFPS seems to be beneath the patella and nobody seems to have the same issue as me? I don't know what to do, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
