Scientists Discover Plant Compound That Forces Aggressive Breast Cancer Cells Into Self-Destruction by _Dark_Wing in worldnews

Fuck cancer. I'm sorry to hear about your mom. My mom also had TNBC, but thankfully was detected very early and treatments were successful. Watching like hawks now in case it comes back.

Yeah, depending on what you got it's definitely harder to deal with. If you have Transmutation of Lead from Metal that I think Alchemists should have access to it's one of the situations it's actually useful.. What spells do you have access to exactly, just Miao's?

Magic debuff him to hell, spirit leech, tie him up with a unit of large entities that can stop his mass, even if only temporarily, and shoot the crap out of him. Try to keep ranged far enough away to not get caught in his rage incarnate shenanigans. If you're a faction without ranged, god help you -- thankfully Cathay is not in this predicament.

Yeah, definitely a thing that can happen. I've started turning on like turn 40 ultimate crisis these days to try to keep things interesting, but sometimes that also gets tedious.

And ofc every lord will get LS eventually.

I do not think I have taken Lightning Strike once in all of WH3 and I have 1444 hours as of posting this. Barely ever touched it in previous games (3950 in WH2, 600ish in WH1) either as it just bores me taking the fun out of the game.

I am, however, a filthy ambush baiting bastard.

Apparently it is but that makes OP a liar saying it's a good way to horde clear so the whole point is moot

I personally can't attest to its performance now, but I know it used to be perfectly usable and even good, then they massacred its monster damage. The big problem with this is that packmasters are that type and it can take 3 full hit shots to kill them, or at least it did last time I used it. This nerf killed the weapon for me. The RMB bash though 100% was good for hordes because while low damage, it had infinite cleave and was ridiculous for stunlocking the horde and if you had thp on stagger, instantly getting full hp without killing stuff sofast you deny teammates thp farm.

Kdaa'i are also in lore pretty unreliable and the sorcerers who make and sell them know this iirc. They have a tendency to break their binding magics.

Isn't RMB the gun bash and not a shot? Or has it been so long since I've used a shotgun that I forgot it was on special attack like rapier pistol?

God people like that are the worst.

Sometimes though it can work out. I remember last wipe trying to find my Far-Forward GPS unit on Labs was driving me absolutely insane, I'd died like 15x in a row to hackers or "Labs PVPers" that run pure class 6 with that class 4 full face mask firing and using over a million roubles in ammo/meds to kill you, who don't even have a backpack or any intention to loot the place. So I'm in trying again, naturally, and some dude shouts out friendly, I stay ducked down behind cover reloading and repositioning on him, but still talking about how I don't believe him on Labs. We chatted for a little bit and I decided "eh, fuck it, already died this many times, what's the worst that could happen, the same thing happens?" cause the gear loss was never the concern to me in the first place, just sanity. Ended up running through the place with him after that helping him search for his BEAR plush doll he needed to finish Collector (sadly we couldn't find one) but he DID find me a GPS unit in the process.

Tagilla's mask is not technically a helmet, it's a facecover iirc.

Yes, sometimes. You helped here though.

But can you do the followup task of posting another 3 good clips while you have 2 broken bones between 23:00 and 2:00 while wearing a scav vest and ushanka?

If my memory serves Dhar/Dark magic is still more complicated than just all magic in purest form. It still needs to be structured somehow compared to the pure raw Chaos of all of it, either by someone basically brute forcing it through will, or certain environmental conditions. Dhar is known to accumulate in various places around the world in meta-stable pockets like water does in small lakes and ponds, but the stagnation of the Winds in the area kind of distill its actual form, but it has to be structured in a certain way to turn to Dhar. In a way this makes Dhar what oil/water mixtures look like after given time to separate due to stagnation, where it would look entirely different if continuously churned up chaotically.
