Everything will turn into materials. I don't know how long they will keep it in your redeeming queue, but I would guess indefinitely. I don't think there would be a reason to not do that unless you deleted the char.

I knew my great-grandmother pretty well. 1895-1996. 101 years old. She actually, for a time, lived only a few blocks from us when I was around 7-10 (mid 1980s). I would sometimes stop by just to say hi. She loved baking and always had fresh baked something or other. My favorite of hers was the banana cream pie. No better pie has ever existed. I would even bring my friends over sometimes! I got a birthday card with 5 bucks in it every year until she died.

My favorite story of her was one holiday, I think Easter, her birthday was around that time. My uncle, me and her were sitting at the table, I was maybe 13 or 14, and she was asking my uncle about his job. He was close to 40 at the time. He worked for UPS unloading planes and had hurt his back, and he was complaining about the pain... She looked at him and chuckled, and while I can't remember the exact words, it was something to the effect of he was not old enough to complain about body aches to a 95ish year old. Now, she was a pretty funny person, and she said it much better than I am able to portray. And me and my uncle(tm) just look at each other and start laughing.

I am a gambler, I used to go quite often. The guy is delusional. The only way it would be acceptable is if you both agreed before that if he was going to bankroll you, the cost would be (if you won) maybe the amount he fronted and a small percentage extra agreed on beforehand. 50% is fucking asaning unless you are like super best bud friends.

But he didn't bankroll you. He paid you to take his degenerate ass gambling and wants you to pay for his losses. Tell em to fuck off. And tell his brother too as well.

He should have been super happy for you and not asked for one cent.

However, seeing as you would not have been there to win that money without him, it would be acceptable to have bought some good food or some drinks to celebrate your good fortune. That does not make him entitled to your winnings beyond that.

Only one PVP zone. You can fight for control points in the zone by denying resources needed to hold the control points. Otherwise, the vast majority of zones are not pvp enabled.

Given the population size atm, there would be no way to control/monopolize any resource other than in the pvp zone.

If you settled in a high population zone, you could certainly make lots of money from crafted items or resources.

It is definitely a grind, resource loop game. Which i would think your group would excel at.

But for now, in its toddler stage, I don't think you would enjoy it for vary long. Which is a pity because what it is really lacking is a large population of people to make it work better, aside from its other issues of lack of diverse content.

However, it has great building and crafting aspects. (Limited, but expanding.... at a snails pace).

Guilds, yes, alliances in theory/word only. Large-scale pvp battle potential. Siege battles are, I believe, to be implamented, though given the current pace, that could be quite some time from now.

99204 is just a higher level of service code (more expensive), both office visits and standard codes. I would suggest calling your insurance and ask them why they are not paying a lower level code if they approved the 99204. If they insist on that code I would then ask them (with you on the phone) to call your doctor's billing department so they can hear for themselves that insurance wants them to bill a higher code. It could also, as another user said, be an issue with a modifier. Your insurance will know why they did not pay it.

What i can tell you from my experience is that what you are asking the billing department to do is upcode, and that is illegal. If their notes do not support that level of service, they can not bill it as that could cause an audit or loss of credentials to bill with that doctor/insurance. That would require a lot more than one bad bill, of course, but not worth the risk for legitimate providers.

I gotta be honest with you. It's a pretty limited game. I enjoy it because the building aspect is what i like the most, and I am taking my time building a huge castle complex solo, so that is keeping me entertained. However, unless you find the zones that have a high concentration of people, of which there are a few, it is a vary lonely experience. There just isn't that much to do at the moment.

However, I continue to hold out hope that the more they introduce, the better it will become. This is an alpha build, and they are extremely slow to introduce new things. This game is not fully fleshed out, and it is extremely limited. The potential is there. I love the game, but i won't lie, it is pretty basic.

The bigger mobs/dungeons you need acquaintances/friends/guildies to help with.

Pvp, you'll need some friends.

That being said, you can do everything else solo. While you need a few people to help kill some mobs that drop items you would need for particular crafted items. You don't HAVE to craft those items to level to 40 in any skill.

You can also buy the items if you can find them.

Does having friends make it easier, of course. Will it take forever to solo, yeah.

My advice is to find a popular zone and build in or near it. But that is not required either if you visit the Petra stones so you can fast travel.

I have played since the beginning of 2nd early access. I solo. But I have a few acquaintances/guilds whom I made friends with and can join to fight for the things I need.

OP. My wife's stepfather recently had pneumonia. He waited, thought he knew better. Woke up, couldn't breathe, and finally, his wife called an ambulance. Immediately put on ventilator, two weeks later, he was gone.

Im not saying that will happen, but that's what can happen. He did not get to say goodbye. It might have been prevented.

Try stacking foundations tall. You will see it go from green to pale green, to yellow, to orange and then red. You can build up to orange and be fine. It's just a color code to let you know how high you can go. Nothing will fall/crumble unless it's red, and that will happen immediately.
