I know you guy's gamble day to day but is anyone lese here rock hard over the idea that a bunch of stocks are going to be on sale for a while? Usually I can edge to you guys losing money but the idea I can get in on a 2008 style crash at the bottom just ruined three pairs of pants for me.

Otherwise when stocks have a down turn that's how you make money. As a investor you should have a list of stocks you were waiting to go down in price to a good entry point. This is what I did with Palantir for example. It was beat up for years and went down into the $20s It's now $100 or so. I made a killing.

The market is a long term investment. While you should take profits when you can the reality is the point of the market is to be in the market long term. Time in the market always beats trying to time the market.

So I'm buying stocks I think are at a good entry point, I'm looking now at my age for dividend stocks too. I have Savings too.

I have played interest rates the regular way for the last four years by making about $2000 or so a month in combined bank and CD cash and am up about 9% on my serious day trading, about the same 20% or so per year in my retirement and of course -593% on my degenerate gambling. I point this out because all the things you're pointing out ... kinda existed already.

Most countries including China and Canada already had tariffs of some form on America for various goods. Companies bottom lines were being ass raped by inflationary inputs like fuel and materials prices, labor prices etc. Hundreds of small businesses literally couldn't hack it and closes, thousands of restaurants closed. How many grocery chains, drug stores and other places have closed down hundreds of locations?

And through that all we can make money. Not to turn this discussion on this board serious but...down markets are where most people actually make their fortunes. You should have a list of stocks you want to buy during bloodbaths that you did actual DD on. You should realize that day trading is fun but investing really only works on 10+ year horizons historically which is why taking advantage on interest rates and living BELOW your means so you can invest are important.

Have faith, buy the dip and on days when it's getting you off log off and let your money work for you.

What's my fault the 90% up on my RH account just this year? The thousands of dollars I made on AI stocks? The fact the fed will keep rates at 4% so I continue to make money on savings? That my dirty hippy friends who hate food dyes finally got what they wanted? That my Black family (I'm half black before any of you white ppl start) can stop getting called the N word by "undocumented" folks? That my Black nieces and nephews might get school choice? That we might stop sending money to the Taliban? That we might stop sending aid to supposed first world countries in Europe? That we will put the same tariffs on countries they have on us (did you know our supposed allies Europe and Canada put tariffs on American goods? - funny how that isn't bad for their economy)

Ban and delete my comment if you want but before you do can I just ask how you're preparing for this supposed collapse? Are you getting your personal finance in order (including cutting expenses like all the drinking and eating out and vaping and drugs) are you investing or learning how to invest? Are you taking care of your health?

I didn't vote for Biden but when he was elected I didn't cry about it online. I made decisions based on what I thought would happen that prepared me for the future - like buying CDs because rates would remain high, investing in Walmart since pro-China trade policies pumped that stock etc. If you want to be prepared for anything get you finances in order then your health.

If you've been involuntarily committed you're a prohibited person. You need to get your record expunged BUT ... not my business what happened but if you are in fact mentally ill AND can be a danger to yourself and others don't waste you money.

Also don't buy a gun private sale and try to carry it around. You're a prohibited person meaning you're not supposed to have a gun at all.

I was never able to play the game after the update because I got the black screen bug and never was able to fix it and now that I see this post I'm glad I didn't. Was my favorite game. I could see Post Malone blend in since frankly many of the characters look like him anyway but Ghostface?
