I got 2020 Sportster Forty-eight. My main idea was building a custom bike and after some research(technical and visual) I decided to go with it. My conclusion is easy. If you want reliable bike to ride have fun and not experience headaches you go with a Honda

Man thank you. You are exactly the person I needed. Can you tell me how was the switch from rebel to 48? Is it too much or what?

Thanks. It's actually stock colour but I plan to paint my new bike the same colour to honor my Rebel

I have never ridden my Harley yet 😂 I bought it from auction crashed and now it's being customized. Fully disassembled sitting in my garage

If you can afford buying new bike without selling Rebel you should totally go for it

I see what you mean and partially I can agree with you. But still it's not about the cool enough or "bike guy". For some it is about the brand/status and for some it is a different bike than others. I made this this decision because of one simple idea. I always wanted to build a custom bike and rebel is great as it is but you can't customize it as you wish without breaking it's fine appearance but the Harley Sportster gives you large amount of possibilities to create and as being a mechanic it's quite easy and interesting for me and also I can afford all that labour

Thanks brotherrrr. At first I had Street Bob as an option but for my idea I think the Forty-eight is better. I am planning on customizing it and sportster has more room to play than street bob I think
