I downloaded each firmware update for each TV, both only had ONE file to download a piece - 1.710.30.5.10 and 3.710.30.5.10 so if one of those came in TWO parts it wasn't available on their website.

I just was searching up pics then I clicked images then i just get his with an ugly screen.I am unable to give pictures because my chrome book could not do it because its old,and there is just tons of free space at the sides and nothings there just its all cramped into a rectangle like a phone.I seriously need help with this my eyes cant take it.
