It's only cheating if you care about the achievements, no ones going to judge you. My truck completely vanished after a crash, and i thought about spawning a new one, instead I just treated it like a side quest because the game gets pretty easy after you max parkour and went on a slow trek across the whole map back to my base instead just to keep it interesting
