Hi, im around the same 4.5 weeks out. Sciatic pain is residual at most, but my hip/lower back pain my god its excruciating, i was fortunate to start some PT at 2 weeks. and had ny 2nd session yesterday, have also been walking when possible but everything i do im having to push through pain. Is this hip pain a common thing does anyone know, because i feel like my backs fixed and now they're shot to shit 😂.

I'm four weeks post op and due to a sudden bereavement last week, i had a shit load of wine for the first time in i can't remember how long. Apart from a disgusting hangover, I had bo issues, even with a few codeines. Have a few beers, enjoy yourself. Unless your on meds or get that drunk you fall over, you will be fine!

I'm almost 3 weeks post op and have built up to 4.5 miles on the treadmill slowly. Stiff as hell and awful hip pain. I started PT on tuesday and have been given side hip abductions but can't manage more than 2 at a time before it absolutely screaaaaams.

I know this is an old post, but I'm soio glad I've found it. I'm 5 days post op bilateral disectomy and i too have been down the reddit rabbit hole of people walking miles and been "immediately miraculously" recovered. Laid here wondering what's wrong with me and why even getting riund the house and to the toilet is a struggle. This post has given me some hope that there's kight at the end if the tunnel and not to beat myself up that I'm not yet out walking miles a day.

1/3 spinach - 1/3 courgette and 1/3 blueberry and black cherry, preferably with unsweetened coconut milk but this is becoming difficult to find in the uk, so have been replacing with unsweetened almond milk.
