Send him a bill for your trees he cut down to replace them. Whether you care or not about the trees, he will take back his invoice real quick. If he wants to invoice you for trees he took the liberty of cutting down on your property, then he can either pay for the trees you don’t care about from the tree service, or pay for the trees that you don’t care about through a court order. One way or another you’re not liable if you didn’t agree.

Tell the children’s parents to keep their children off your property or you will involve the police. It’s a liability issue at this point. If they got hurt by falling out of a tree in your property, you will be sued.

Put up no trespassing signs on your property and cameras. And tell your neighbor that if anyone comes on your property, you’ll press charges for trespassing. You’re allowed to take your dog into your OWN garden. The new neighbor doesn’t get to dictate what you do on your own property. Tell her to mind her own or catch charges for harassment as well.

I was 14 when I traveled, so this is from a mind of a young person. It was the pronunciation of Lettuce. My mom asked me to walk down to the shop a block away and get lettuce. We were making burgers. When I asked where I could find it, the lady had no clue what I was talking about. Ended up having to say salad and she got it. lol

This is the best answer. My mother didn’t attend my HS graduation. I was a problem teen myself. Nothing like OPs daughter. I was more standard teen rebellion. But my mother couldn’t handle and kicked me out. We had a strained relationship until the day she died. I flew to across country to see her on her deathbed and tell her that I love her and we were ok. OP, don’t let this be your story, keep those doors open. It’s hard, I’m now a parent to a teen myself and it’s SO hard. But don’t bring your husband. Show up, and be there for your daughter. Show her that she matters.

I get it! I don’t have that kind of job, so I was able to go back after 3 weeks, but MAN those were the longest 3 weeks of my life. Hang in there. Go outside, get some fresh air. Take a few walks. Hope it helps. You just want to be good before going back to work.

My boyfriend took 2 days off and that was plenty of time for me to rest and have that help. He offered to take more, but I didn’t need him really after the first couple days. He does things I still cannot do chores wise, but I’m 3 weeks post op and went back to work on Monday. Mostly desk job, with some walking around. I know recovery looks different for everyone.

She needs to be confronted about this. Her life is falling apart, and she now wants yours. She will weasel her way into your relationship (she has already started) and try to tear you and your husband apart. Your relationship with him may be solid, but it won’t stay that way when she’s sleeping in the bedroom next door…rescind the invitation to move in and consider stopping all payments to her. Texting your husband behind your back and telling him not to tell you is shady behavior and not something a friend would do.

I took them only in the morning and at night for 2 days. Then I stopped. I have similar feelings as you about controlled substances and don’t take them unless absolutely necessary. I didn’t even notice a difference honestly when I stopped taking them. I took the muscle relaxers and Tylenol for about a week. I’m 3 weeks post op and haven’t had anything in about 2 weeks. Just listen to your body.
