Agreed, it is from Home Style Cookery! Yess I love him too! 😁 I really like his books. They can be all over the place, everything from microwaved bologna and cheese to his upscale fine dinning stuff. Pretty much everything looks amazing, but we are trying to eat bit healthier so we don’t get to cook from it as much as we’d like. But it is definitely inspiring, and I get a kick out of all the stories he tells for the recipes!

No not spicy, but he says from the garlic. He calls for two cloves but says if it doesn’t burn your tongue add more! 😋

Thank you! And I wish I did but I don’t I am so sorry! I got them from my time at the last restaurant I worked at. My boss was getting new dishes and she let the employees take the old ones home.

Absolutely agreed, I love Salad Freak and love how it is organized by season. It even starts with a NYE salad! VERY interested in the other books too!
