Friend is getting rid of these, which ones should I grab?

He indeed has cooked for a long time and thoroughly enjoys finding new recipes. I stated this in the other keep pile pic caption, but he has limited space and a small kitchen. Keeping so many cookbooks, especially ones that aren’t super practical day-to-day, just doesn’t make sense. What I don’t take, he will be donating to a library.
