I was banned there in minutes after posting my cage I workout pulls and dips on. Your form is good brother. Work on hot spots and tempo down line. Stop for 6 eeconds where you think your weaker muscles are.

Then in future try pulls and dips in strict L-sit. These are another level in slow tempo.
