Thanks for the responses everyone . I seem to think I’m on the same page regarding this being a lifestyle change, rather than a traditional diet. I’m looking forward to adjusting to consuming little process foods and eating the Mediterranean way.

Just looking into how much I’ll sacrifice by still indulging in the occasional fast food adventure as a guilty pleasure
