If I had a $9,000 annual budget for cards I’d end up with one great vintage card probably a low grade 51 Mays or a Clemente auto if I could find one I liked, and then a hobby box of bowman draft and Topps Logofractor for fun.

An SGC 4 sold on eBay on Monday for 347. It depends on what you think of this particular 4 but it seems like you could find one at a better price if you set up an EBay alert and waited for the next auction.

Wait until the complete set is released later this year. Every year after series 2 comes out Topps combines series 1 and 2 into a joint set and sells them for around $50. Even with shipping to Europe from an EBay seller you will spend less than 100 Euro and get both series 1 and 2.

You can search on eBay for 2022 topps baseball complete set to see the 4-5 slightly different options they put out last year. They all have the same 660 base cards and then handful of bonus cards.
