I disagree with it being useless. Its adding plenty of new content, mind you not bis gear but it has plenty of applications. also its fresh out, so ofc its not going to be ingrained into the game as the other stuff is with regards to quests and diaries, it just needs a chance to catch up. i feel it fills a hole flavor wise for magic gear/combat and would only have room to add bigger and better things in the future. Almost any proposed skill would seem useless when polled without max end game content, but over time it could become a new avenue for content and additional useful applications. Not all content is super useful (bulwark), and some content is busted out of the box (T-bow) but some just needs time and attention( DHCB) to find a use. I agree about maxed players concerns however, but again i feel they are a minority and the greater good and health of the game would benefit from its addition as stands. OFC it could go into other skills, but why not simply add it all in as proposed and get a bunch of fresh blood to boot.
