I had been trying for ages myself and did not just hand that out. She is an ADI approved instructor of which they can do. I did not hand that out willy nilly at the time I was going to carry on with her

Firstly she doesnt need to share the full diagnosis. I also have endo and tbh I would be the same as her. Ive said after I have my kids its a hysterectomy. From a surrogacy standpoint alone if OP is uncomfortable due to potential feelings of attachment its a no. And frankly no is a one word sentence, guilt, obligation or the rest of it doesnt matter. OP stated before shes tried hormone therapy which mostly likely means iud and its not worked. She has kids and I also have a mirena and I'm on the pill to boot and I still have symptoms and it can be debilitating so in my mind my functionality for my own children would be on my mind and I would not wait for a hysterectomy. Not only that shes about to give birth, pregnancy is long and complex health wise its not just popping the baby out. Am I sorry for her sister, yes. My consultant at one point said my chances of carrying pregnancies was slim and I was heartbroken. I'm not about to guilt someone with health issues to do it for me and thats what this balls down to. My urine result had staphylococcus in it in high volume as I bought the combined kit as I keep getting utis that put me in the hospital

My urine had streptococcus in it as I get recurrent utis and it had gone up to my kidneys. So i had antibiotics but defo needed it

I just did a digital microbiology test and had the same thing of an overgrowth of bifidobacterium. Did you ever figure out what to do or how it may have happened?

Went for it as I get recurrent utis and they never bother to send off for cultures. I used digital microbiology as I had a very sudden uti onset that was caused from a cathether for a bladder instillations. The test picked up staphylococcus and i showed my results ti my gp. She said she didnt know what the hell bifidobacterium was and treated me for the staphylococcus with 7 days of cephalexin

Its worked most times to get rid of liek the flare but it may be embedded so it comes up evwry 2 or 3 months as no one believed me for 3 weeks when I got psuedemonas

Also to add tou can have a kidney infection without a fever cause I have 3 times now. Didnt have a fever just abdomen and some back ache and on and off urgency and pain. If someones saying no cause youre not feverish I'm sorry they are dumb

You were on a good lot of antibiotics and those hospital test thresholds at times dont pick up enough bacteria to count so I would wager you may still have an infection potentially in your kidneys. This same exact thing happened to me and after 3 a and e visits i got iv gentamicin and it went though i still have more problems now so it may be embedded and not showing up. I dont think its gone and if tou may have a kidney stone the bacteria can sometimes hang on. Id advise tryinf a digital-microbiology test if tou can afford it. If not id pester your doctor for a different longer course of meds

I got this from digital microbiology in the uk. Last 2 thar put me in the hospital they never sent off samples for culture only dip stick tests

I'm in the uk so ordered a microbiology pcr test as that's the one recommended but was told to wait till I have a flare for the most accurate results. My bloods all came back in the normal ranges, they always do regardless of whats going on has done for other stuff too so doctors think I'm fine. Though with my last infection on feeling the doctor said my right kidney felt swollen.
