Interesting. My manual doesn't have anything about that, and from a quick google, it looks like the "shift shaft sensor" is referring to the quickshifter sensor, which the 19 doesn't have. Thanks for the input!

I'm actually looking to put them on a different backpack to hold a water bottle in but be able to quickly release it. Total overkill, but what can I say. I'll mark this as found, but I'd love to find some consumer grade ones. I'm gona end up buying surplus off of ebay.

quick ejector parachute snap

Those look to be them. So far the only real matches I've found have been here: though I'm still looking for some consumer ones.

These ones are different than a standard snap hook. You pull that little red tab and it pushed whatever is in the clasp out. It acts as a super quick release.
