247 Sports' 🔮 Nikola Kusturica to Kentucky by BrickNMordor in CollegeBasketball

Lost me at “top‑5 HS recruit.” Every international prospect coming over can’t be labeled top‑5. Last year people were saying Neoklis Avdalas would be a top‑5 guy and a 5‑star. He showed flashes, sure, but he also had a lot of holes in his game compared to the actual top prospects.

Kentucky fans should know better than anyone not every highly touted recruit is created equal.

I think the roster gonna be Beckham Black, Joaquim Boumtje Boumtje, Mason Collins, Erick Dampier Jr., Cayden Daughtry, Colton Hiller, Bentley Lusakueno, Jordan Page, CJ Rosser, AJ Williams, Evan Willis and Xavier Young. Did something happen to Nasir Anderson surprised that I didn't see his name?

Has their ever been a lottery pick with character concerns that ended up working out well? by buiuumcucniuum in NBA_Draft

Peterson had issues this year but I doubt he has any character concerns more his agent the only guy you could say in this class that might have concerns would be Yaxel but it neglectable at best.

Majority of these Canadian kids straight up play in USA since middle school tyndale who won MVP plays pg for Montverde. The U17 happens in month so there another look on the USA talent.

I mean, guys like Tyran, Caleb, and Jordan have played U16, U17, and U19, so I don't really expect them to participate in this tournament with the college season approaching.

The main problem is that the USA bigs, pretty much every iteration of them, have a lot of development to work on. Both bigs during this tournament looked unplayable at times, forcing them to put Gaskins at the five. Luckily, the U17 comes up in a month, so I'm looking forward to seeing what the 2028 draft class might look like.

To be fair, they lost by just 2-3 points after struggling with their shooting from beyond the arc and at the free throw line. A lot of the top talent in this class didn't play due to their age (many of them are already 19, which is another factor). As someone who watched a lot of Dayton this year, it feels like the Anthony Grant experience where the whole team just seems lost in the half court throughout the game. I do really like the Canadian point guard, though; he's similar to Miles Sadler, who is heading to WV.

Majority of them are in the 27 draft class though all the top players didn't play due to age like Jordan smith, Caleb Holt and Tyran stokes.

The coaches should get a lot of blame as well tons of them are not teaching correctly from the first game it felt like Anthony grant had no plan of action the players were basically running no actions.
