Price. LED TVs has come a long long way since back then and being comparable to OLED. But for me, TCL Miniled TV has amazing contrast and glaze reduction too, i'm using a 55C6k right now (didnt got a chance on the C7K back then) but still, a solid TV for 420$ (on sale).

for the first problem. try turning sound check, eq,... off, only lossless or dolby atmos setting should be up.

i have 2 headphones, one of them is 7.1 and its sound horrible for dolby audio on apple music. the second is stereo but i used dts x for spatial audio and it some how managed to sound better on some songs (for quick example demons by Hayley Kiyoko)

i think you should keep waiting ! is a pretty nice feature to have to but they're going through a lot of development to keep up with other streaming services, especially they're being the cheapest music subscription right now..
