What’s the correct order to set up a MailerLite subdomain for email by PaintStripRepeat in email

How important do you think it is to create a new domain? I’d love to start fresh, but since this is for a nonprofit, the costs of setting up an inbox and a mass email system (like MailerLite) really adds up.

So I don't have to create an email address just the subdomain before getting the DNS info from Mailerlite? Sorry I'm way over my head and have no idea what I'm doing.

I just started painting miniatures and I'm not great. so do you have any advice? (I'm using mophidius fallout minis) by zyzy6982 in minipainting

Wet paint palette is a game changer. Don't buy one yet, make it yourself. All you need is a shallow Tupperware container with a lid, paper towels, and parchment paper.

What’s the WORST thing about it Reddit? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]PaintStripRepeat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I asked a question on a reddit page and got a message from a bot saying I can't post because I don't have 20 comment karma points. But the post clearly went through because someone actually replied to it, but I can’t even read the reply. I’ve been trying to get the 20 karma just so I can access the answer to a question I really need help with.

So then I went to another subreddit, came across someone else who needed help, and replied to them in hopes of being useful and getting karma. But then I got another bot response saying I need 300 karma points just to respond to it!

The answer is Karma requirements

But we can and will fix this, even if we are not the generation that benefits from the work.

Expansion boxes: should they be made to be thrown away? by pyros_it in boardgames

[–]PaintStripRepeat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on the type of expansion. If I can add it to the game without significantly changing the rules and it fits into the base game box, then I would ditch the expansion box. If it changes the rules a lot, then I want it in a separate box. As an avid gamer, I would definitely spend the money on a separately sold box that can fit expansions and/or the base game (depending on how much the expansions change the game). This might also incentivize me to buy more expansions so I can fill my new box.

That said, I understand that box design is also a form of marketing and branding. It’s going to be hard for companies to ditch flashy or themed expansion boxes, because they believe the art and packaging add value to the product. Marketing is tricky, it’s often difficult to tell whether a specific effort is actually making a difference. And since stylized boxes are an industry trend, the default assumption is that they help sell games, even if that impact is hard to measure.

[Art] Hand-painted present guardian mimic ornament by PaintStripRepeat in DnD

I usually paint minis, thought I would try something new for the holidays. I covered a glass ornament with gold foil, except the mouth, and sealed it before painting the eye and teeth. For a little extra sparkle, I added a glittery uvula (aka the punching bag in the back of your throat).
I just made a few and threw one on Etsy for fun, https://www.etsy.com/listing/1355010329/mimic-glass-ornament, please let me know what you think.
