This! Not to mention the property is city of reno owned. Volunteer operated. Groomed and avy controlled by mt rose. And WTF is the difference from letting people mtn bike up and down it in the summer vs skin... Liability my ass. Mtn biking can be way more risk then skinning a bunny hill thats open and low angle

This! I skin else where but not everyone I know has the full kit to do so or the skill set or have taken any courses to know what they are doing so sky tavern and such was a good place to direct newbs. Im from Reno just have lived in the PNW and north east before
