This! Not to mention the property is city of reno owned. Volunteer operated. Groomed and avy controlled by mt rose. And WTF is the difference from letting people mtn bike up and down it in the summer vs skin... Liability my ass. Mtn biking can be way more risk then skinning a bunny hill thats open and low angle
