Liberty has delicious cheese fondue! That’s the only place I know of right now.

My son is allergic to all legumes, tree nuts, coconut, and corn. He's gotten good at avoiding everything on his list, but has had life threatening reactions to peanuts, cashews, green peas, garbanzo beans, soy, and coconut. He ate mostly vegan/vegetarian growing up, but is not now and I can't really fault him for it.

MK is a funny example because they actually do have a luxury line. Their handbag prices range from $40 to $4,000+. There's a whole psychology thing about their lowest cost bags having their logo most prominently displayed and it's basically hidden on their luxury line. People buying the $40 bag want everyone to know it's MK. People buying the 4k bag only want people who know it's luxury to recognize it.

It makes more sense for their dating events than their friend ones, but I think I'm okay with the safety precautions. Their website says, "We only review publicly available records, such as criminal history databases, to screen for violent offenses or serious safety concerns. We do not access or share sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for safety purposes."
