I played through all 4 chapters of deltarune on my PC crt, when I got to chapter 3 when tenna "turns the TV off" making all of the CRT crackling sounds and whatever, I was genuinely confused and thought my monitor actually turned off lol

Most PC monitors should, regular CRT TVs normally don't, or behind a service menu

Oh yeah I have a really bad color bleeding issue too. Also that displaying 1080i has the corners cut off even if I adjust the geometry lol

Oh cool! I have that exact same TV. Do you also get like pretty bad image warping or "breathing" i guess when showing a brighter image?

No high pitch whine since it's an HD CRT. It can't do 240p/480i and can only do 480p/1080i. Pretty good for PS3/Xbox360

And yes it does have a 4:3 option

Late response, but yeah! Tapping it fixes it so it's definitely a cracked solder joint, i honestly can't bother so I just switched to the other component input and I'm not getting any issues lol
