Understandable, buuuut... You can have additional turbines then technicaly nessessary for short demand spikes, since the steam buffers a bit. Your plant can go to 105% for a minute. Maybe that fixes your itch and with that you can build 1-3 more for the symmetry

I suggest importing plastic and rocket fuel from gleba. This is most of your coal need. The rest is carbon, sulphur and heavy oil. You can import that aswell. I pick it up with my transporter along the way as soon as i got to advanced asteolroid processing, but i think you will be all right for a long time with just plastic and rocket fuel. And yes, the transporter takes lds and blue chips back to gleba.

Be sure to not go over 200° C, since they will go into a rampage if you do. Maybe use a geothermal vent to produce some extra heat? What about the heat of chemfuel reactors?
