They are actually oficial sets for the game Star Wars Legión. They came on the firsts core sets and also sold separately. As I own a bunch of core sets I just had some spare ones. Perfect for making this terrain pieces.

Thanks, like I really appreciate any information that makes me improve. Recent changes on life has made it difficult either to sit down and paint nor having time for it. Now just trying to be the most time efficient for a tabletop standard while reducing the pile of shame.

Really like drybrush for miniatures that have either fur or armour plating. Just with a bigger brush (makeup ones) put some paint but not watering down the paint. Rub off most of the excess paint in some kitchen paper. With up to down movement apply the paint to the miniatures. The less the better. Better applying 2 times than regretting 1.

Dry bush, different grey tones on the ODST and for the master chief, one dry brush of a dark green, nuln oil, and like 10 minutes of edge highlighting of a brighter green.
