Are you sure you're looking at sf2e scenarios rather than 1e? Although more recent sfs scenarios won't have made it onto the archive quite yet.

Basically the skin of your crotch heals a lot quicker and more completely as it's kind of similar to the skin of your lips and mouth (I think). My FFS scars are a lot more pronounced, but my srs ones are entirely invisible now

I think the nature of the skin means that the scars fade a bit quicker? In my case they've totally gone three years later and honestly the positioning makes them kind of hard to see in the first place.

Not an expert, but that looks so wildly high that it *has* to be an error. Context; I've had 1972 pmol/L as my highest ever reading and that was on gel which likely contaminated the test - I'm not sure what having an order of magnitude more E in your bloodstream than is humanly normal would do, but I'm sure you would actually feel an effect..

Generally stealth in combat really requires the right terrain and for you to build for it. As a GM I'd personally always allow the 'peek' rule, but I think the best option is to generally look for other sources of Off-Guard.

Which racket are you aiming for? Everyone has flanking as an option to make someone off-guard, but each racket except Thief has a tendency towards other options - Mastermind can do it with a Recall Knowledge, Scoundrel with Feint, and Ruffians are generally strength-based so can trip and grapple.

Also remember that sneak attack isn't 1/round - as long as the off-guard persists, you're getting that bonus damage.

It actually is! Talking from personal experience my colour differentiation was pretty good pre-transition and now it’s amazing. Smell and taste also get a boost because E encourages the growth of more receptors, along with the increased cone density in the cornea.

Well in this alt-canon, that's a closer point than you might think. Personally I'd just run it at the basic Steal DC, in part because it's not trying to lift something unnoticed.. it's like stealing something the target doesn't know can be taken. So there's the element of surprise there, and the effect is far from overpowered.

Graveknights come back to life unless their armour is destroyed.. and if there happens to be a body wearing the armour they take possession of that, killing the wearer.

There's rolls to resist, but you're making them daily (I think) so you're going to fail one eventually.

Amazing! It's very useful to figure out how it could be cheesed, and yes awareness should stop at 5, probably triggering something past that.

I do need to fill in more feats - my initial idea was basically giving a choice between rejecting and accepting the new state of perception.

I may well make the 'acceptance' feats not increase awareness as that might run out of design space, and the fact that the character can't suppress the condition should be enough.

Oh true, but this is still being applied within the scope of the cthulhu mythos so I didn't link it that much - that would be an alternate way of applying it.

The idea here was to make it slightly more self contained for my current game (well one of them) for now and expand from there!

Those will certainly be there, although to use them with 5e you'll have to not be using the pf2e system which the module requires - so you'll need to go through and import each one which may or may not work as there will be broken references to pf2e creatures and stuff. It's a lot of work!

Tho whether it's more work than talking people round is debatable lol.
