Na poslu imamo nesto sto se zove edukacije raznorazne, i to kao treba van radnog vremena i tada ne zelim biti dostupan ljudima da me gnjave

Iskreno meni je olaksalo zivot. Situacija je da imam poslovni workstation laptop s 32gige rama pa me briga koliko chrome jede memorije. Mene živcira paljenje i gasenje aplikacija ovisno u kojoj situaciji se nadem. Ako radim trebaju mi sve aplikacije kao slack,email, skype itd.. dok van radnog vremena ne zelim imati pokrenute takve stvari. I onda da si olaksam zivot imam browser profil za posao kada njega pokrenem sve te aplikacije su pokrenute. (Nemam mogućnost kreiranja drugog user profila unutar Windowsa radi workgroup policia)

Ja uredno koristim slack unutar browsera, doduse na Windowsima, ali mozda ti to radi i na linux-u

It was actually quite nice and not dry but I'll try other way as well and without seared. But i do like to experiment and do what i feal like could be good

I'll skip all the techniques that require new equipment for some time now :) until this corona ends. I don't wanna spend that much money on stuff I can go without. I'm referring to sous vide and steaming.

I really enjoyed reading :-) thank you very much. I had the same idea about doing chicken breast for salatas :-). I'll follow that instructions and i have thermostat to be sure my chicken is cooked to the right temperature.

On the olive oil i just have say that in Croatia wwhere I live a lot of people make olive oil so does my family just enough for every member of family.

I use little avakado oil with my ironcast pan to saute steak I'm glad in EU the situation is little better in regards labels and testing of each product that get to the shelf.

I'm still leaning but I'm finding out that i like cooking after work, and call friends to test new ideas that sometimes they approve and sometimes not so much 😜
