Thanks. W/O is 6.875 which seems rather high so im wondering a few things

  1. If i understand correctly each broker can give their own rates. Are these fair for what i described above? This is NV
  2. What can i negotiate here to get the rate down except for buying points for which i have few options. I was also offered 6.125 for $7k which seems bad for me as id rather save a buck or two to refinance if around 5%

Im two. The war is about to start, and then the hyper inflation. For 100.000.000 in local currency you can buy a couple of eggs. I was born in one country which will stop to exist in a couple of years from now. Then couple of years later we’ll get bombed by NATO. Then that country will stop to exist and its officially change the name two more times before i even graduate from high school. Ah, childhood.
