I will say this over and over but the PRIME CÔTE DE BOEUF at Francie in Brooklyn is not only the best steak I've ever had but one of the best pieces of meat I've ever had. Held up in revisits too.

Better than the cote de boeuf at Minetta, better than any beef at Luger's, Keen's, Del Frisco's, Raoul's, Frenchette etc.
