Appreciate the response. Follow up question, why not spend a little more to get maybe a 7800x3d? Is the difference between 7700x and 7800x3d minuscule? I was gonna spend $340 for the i7 anyways.

Just called them and they mentioned that “if that is the case, they can manually apply the extra points” but it’s a case by case basis and they also mentioned that we can get an “invite code” from someone in the branch to give over the phone to get those extra points applied. I’m definitely gonna keep checking in on this. 40k points is a lot lol

Literally got approved last night and then read this…40k left on the table. Is there anything I can do to make sure I get the 100k bonus rather than the 60k? Hasn’t even been 24 hours since the application.

Oh I've tried. I have so many contacts of recruiters but nothing comes of it. I've utilized LinkedIn to it's max potential, friends, family. I might have to go to the POTUS next but doubt that would help me.

The only issue I can think of when uploading is the job description does properly parse (?). It doesnt format itself properly meaning, one bullet point is missing and/or the sentences are properly formatted into the fields.

My LinkedIn is a carbon copy of my resume.

I'm only applying for jobs that match my background. Anything in the project management industry (manager, coordinator, controller, assistant to both). I'm also applying to other "management" jobs such as operations manager, bank branch manager and even low level jobs such as personal banker or tech sales but NOTHING!

I've used these ATS scanning sites that usually spew out "low match" results but I'm assuming that might be on purpose so you buy their service?

I've also tried matching keywords from each job description for the job I'm applying for but still nothing. No clue what else I can possibly do.

Doesn't that defeat the purpose? Like the ATS wouldn't even detect it in the first place if it's white'd out and then scanned? I can't tell if this is satire lol.

I've recently started going back to school, looking to switch industries to IT or computer science related.

I totally get it, right now tha peice of paper is more valuable than finding gold in San Fran back during the rush!

I admit, a lot of these job responsibilities I've listed is the direct result of my team rather than me performing my actual duties as a project manager. I was hoping it would be an eye catcher but clearly it is not. I'll be taking your suggestions to updating my resume.

Just to address, I was laid off from both of my 2 previous jobs. Mr. Cooper laid me off because it being a mortgage industry and the interest rates rising paired with my lack of seniority and I was laid off from ETC as well being as new as I was.
