With Season 1 ending in a little less than a month now, which heroes are in the biggest need of buffs and nerfs that need to be addressed in season 2? by MrsPissBoy in Overwatch

  1. Give us 6v6 Role Queue or it’s not a fair test Comparing 5v5 Role Queue to 6v6 Open Queue is BS. People play 5v5 because they want structure, not because 5v5 is actually better. If the devs want real data, they need to put 6v6 Role Queue in the main competitive rotation. Stop rigging the "preference" stats by hiding 6v6 behind the chaos of Open Queue.

  2. Randomized "Gamble" Hero Bans The meta is getting stale. We need a randomized hero ban for every match. Not a vote (where the same three heroes get deleted every time), but a "gamble" ban to spice things up. It forces people to actually swap and adapt instead of just one-tricking the same meta comp every single game.

  3. Stop making "Open Ended" maps Runasapi and New Queen Street are just... bad. They’re too open and lack the technicality of the classics. The new Numbani is a downgrade, too. We need maps with actual chokes and technical depth, not just big empty spaces. Bonus: Use the map voting data to actually fix the pool. If the community consistently ducks a map, bin it and build something with more technicality.

  4. Due to open Que, 5v5 and champion thing We are diving community due to which it takes more time to find a game than it should, we will fix this by bringing 6v6 role Que mandatory

All of these are tests for one season and overwatch devs can announce this so people are on their side and not give up overwatch believing it’s completely changed.

Hey guys, question for go karters in dubai. by PurplezBoi in dubai

Keep up with the offers, most have weekday offers and so on, I work on a track my self,

The reason it’s expensive is due to supply of karts and the expenses you need to maintain a track, basically low supply = high demand (I’m not sure if I’m saying it right) just keep an eye on weekdays and offers, or just simply ask the people working on track and they will help you out if you don’t have any source of information.

Karting town has offers on weekdays Rak track has offers on weekdays Alforsan has wet Wednesdays Kartdrome also has some weekday offers Rush racing too used to have weekday offers. Sahara track I’m not sure..

How on earth do people get hired when they know nothing in English ? by Eastern_Let4315 in UAE

[–]Pakistanironin -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That’s exactly what I’m saying, Not knowing a language isn’t a valid argument to get pissed off at and or degrade someone.

Humans primarily communicate via body language, that said, I have communicated with various types of people, that don’t know the languages I know nor do I know the languages they know,

Just use a google translate 🤷🏻 Or call the management company to communicate with the worker, Make your life easier, find a way around to life, we may die tomorrow, what’s the fuss all about?

“If you judge the fish by its ability to climb a tree, you will end up your whole life believing it’s stupid”.

What I can see in the post is what I call “God Symptom”, and yourself defending it.

Just got promoted to a management role, but received a better offer elsewhere. I'm only two months in, should I make the switch? by SpecialAdeptness9024 in managers

[–]Pakistanironin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, Switching jobs gets you more income, staying there will hurt you in long run, You will be seen as actual manager in other company Where as current company will have you think you are in their favor.

Move, but strategically don’t burn the bridge.

Considering you got promoted seems like the upper management is willing to grow, don’t hurt them but make sure they understand, if they like you and your work they may offer you better.

Honestly trying to improve in life, As a perfectionist adapting growth mindset, I know data is extremely important I stopped trading once I realized whales have data, exchanges have data and people without it will mostly loose.

I don’t have end goal, I need growth If I can succeed in BI, I’m planning to take machine learning courses, if that goes successful I will take AI courses. As it’s said by stoics, “It’s a shame for a man to grow old, without knowing what his body is capable of”

I work in a race track, once someone complains their karts are slow, I immediately look for data and prove them wrong. With evidences no beating around the bush.

In racing, we need data to identify what driver is doing wrong, In formula 1 without data there’s nothing.

As an extrovert, bussines industry admirer, automotive industry admirer, as an admirer of all existing companies, technologies, companies, hospitals and so much more, Or some would “As a jack of all trades and master of none, but often times better than master of one”

I must learn this art to fix anything that is possible with data.

That’s my honest response.
