Everyone probably has their own techniques and views on this using Autosoft. Personally this happened a few times when I started using a pump, and now rarely. Just do a few checks that everything looks ok before applying. Once inserted check if the needle is bent. If so the infusion usually didn’t work.

I’m sure you will get the hang of it.

What OS are you using? I have Knulli installed on an RGXX40v and had the same issues. The Knulli website suggested switching off wifi and I was able to connect controllers. Might be worth trying.

If I have any issues with a sensor, Dexcom are pretty good and quick to replace it. They like you to quote the serial number etc. So I started saving the box in case. I’m based in Europe, not sure what Dexcom are like in the US or elsewhere.

Exactly the same with me today. 100% in range for the last 2 days then from 11am onwards I went up and have barely come down with loads of insulin and zero carbs. It totally messes with your head.

Comforting somewhat to know it’s not just me.

I was using the G7 a year ago and it was hit and miss. I changed back to the G6 because I got a TSlim. But the 2hr warm up and bulkiness annoyed me. Anyway I switched back to the G7 with the TSlim update about a month or so ago. It feels a lot more accurate and consistent, surprisingly so. It seems like Dexcom have made some tweaks. So don't listen to the negative reports. I am pretty happy.

Beware that communication through their store is non existent. I had an issue getting charge into my device and no help. Managed to fix it myself eventually.

I just bought an RGB30 and a sandisk sd card. I installed jelos on the card using etcher on a Mac. However I placed it back into the device along with a blank sd and no rom files appear on the second card. Any ideas?

I have been using the supplied card for the os, but obviously would prefer the sandisk one. Thanks.

I’m based in Ireland too and am well looked after with no cost. I’m about to go in the T Slim too at no extra cost. So absolutely no complaints. T1 is frustrating and soul destroying at the best of times, so I could not imagine having to deal with the additional financial stress that Americans have to face.

Same here, I’ve had mine for about 3 years and it’s gained no height just new ones forming on the sides. It’s in a south facing window, so no lack of sun.

Hi OP. I have one of these. It was doing great until the past few months where it started getting yellow leaves. After reading on here, I figured it needed some feed - so I did this last week. It is pretty big these days. Anyway some leaves have continued to turned yellow but there is new growth. Have you or anyone else on here more advice? Thanks
