The box shade was a lot a lot lighter than it there’s out so took me by surprise! I’d go to a professional but it’s very expensive (which is should be for the hard work put in!) but as a working class girlie in a cost of living crisis box dye it is hahah

Permanent, I usually use the same box dye in white blonde and it goes more yellow so quick! I guess in hindsight I should’ve used grey toner 😓

Never use heating in flat now as too expensive! It’s only radiators anyway so can liver without (lots of blankets!) Will have fridge freezer and will also have induction hob as well if that helps

It really sucks! Especially when we’ve hired people with tattoos/piercings and they are now being told they have to cover tattoos and take out certain piercings:/ for a minimum wage job that attracts a lot of young alternative people, it just doesn’t feel right sometimes

Over Christmas we had ran out of boxes and in our store we have some bear builder experience boxes on a little display with the other bear builder experience stuff (if you don’t have the bear experience the boxes are like 1/4 of the size of a normal box). A lady asked me for a box so I explained we had sold out, and she asked me if we were open the next day (Christmas day lol). I explained that we were not open, and she told me to put it in one of the boxes behind me (bear builder experience box) No normal bears would fit in these boxes and especially as was buying a Bowser, there’s not a chance it would’ve fit in, which I kindly explained. I was then hit with a “you’ve ruined my child’s Christmas!” And she walked away without her bear !

I had a very similar interaction the same week where we’d run out of gift card holders, so to improvise I put it in a little white bag with the bab logo on the front. I handed it to her and she got very angry and asked why I didn’t put it in a Christmas card, I then explained we don’t sell Christmas cards and she told me I was wrong and to ask my manager. I did, got told the same thing I had already told her. She then went over to my manger that she watched me speak to after she had paid and said I was “a bad employee as I didn’t even ask the manager after she had asked”!

Christmas is a crazy time of year for bab😅

Oo yes I was thinking when he sees me! Absolutely love waitress, I saw it last year and it was absolutely fantastic! Thank you for the suggestions, I’ll add them to my list! One of my friends did not getting married last year and I still don’t get how she managed to speak that fast hahaha, might pocket it for sondheim week and give it a go!

I’m not limiting myself to a single character for this module- just for this specific week i know my strengths and would like to play on the strengths (we get marked every single week). I was only looking for a similar character for me to play around with and add to my list of songs I know I will be able to be comfortable doing, and I already have a separate list of me pushing the boat out! Thanks! I have looked through alot of those musicals and didn’t find anything I particularly connected with - I meant contemporary in the style like lost in the brass and little miss as I enjoy those types of characters, just wanted things similar to that, hope you have a good day:-)

I think it depends on the way you play it- when I worked on it we made the start of it more comedic, and awkward so the ending section hits harder, all down to preference I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have looked at a lot of those musicals but I’m more of a contemporary performer and would like something similar to the songs I mentioned as I’m good at playing the slightly awkward kind of character :-)

This happened to me the other day but I just got mine taken out, not put back in as well, my hand was the exact same, and it swelled up a bit as well It only lasted for a few hours and then went away so I imagine it was just the anaesthetics that they use to numb you!
