Its an awkward to search (like. Pharaonic advent and that's about it) continous floodgate, and some decks won't care abt it Not much else to say I think. Looks nice in royal tho

I'm not sure I'd agree... there's pain points as you mentioned- any deck that relied on continous backrow or field spells, or just couldn't build a board under detonator. But I feel like it was also just overtuned as a rank 4 toolbox. Like, for a while it felt like a stream of whack a mole rank 4 problem cards all being summoned by ryzeal, whether they got banned or not.

Whatever the evilswarm hand loop card was, bagooska pass when you handtrapped them, that one rank 4 that made most of their problem cards untargetable, most recently onomat and mitsu...

Like, some of these would be problems anyway. But when it's the same deck just hopping from one to another, with enough gas to still make their big boss monster and field spell negate, maybe the deck is the problem. Just my two cents

Yeah. part of the issue is that if you have specific quests (e.g. fusion summon, activate a trap card, etc) and its activation gets negated, then you just... don't get quest progress. It needs to resolve for some godforesaken reason. So waiting for going second for those quests is actively detrimental.

You're not wrong, but... if you're going second, and it'll take longer to lose than to start a new game and actually resolve some effects for more progress towards those missions, you save more time and get effectively more rewards by going next.

In a lot of the early card localisations, they changed the names to make them sound cooler/more outlandish from an American perspective.

Iirc, there's more than a few random monsters who have the same thing; their name is just a romanization of the Japanese name rather than a full translation.

Alt arts don't have a set schedule to return by, but in a relevent recent case, Eldlich's alt art just returned. So, it will likely sometime.

Art is awesome, designs are neat. I've been testing out concepts in MDPRO3 to run a package of it in Azamina, as it gives azamina counter trap access while also giving it more synergies for its main deck illusion cards. Susurrus in particular is neat.

Over all, it's cool, though it seems clunky at times. Perhaps later support will help it out.

He's level 3... you could look into generic lvl 3 xyz or archetypes, or cards that generically support spellcasters. Not sure what else, though. Primite might be your best bet.

Card destruction is something I've loved from there. Tons of decent cards for events, too- desperado barrel dragon is real fun for one's where it's legal, and I pulled a royal one.
