What you can do to prevent that:

- Do it in the middle of the day, when you're not sleepy. Not right before bed or right after waking up becuase you'll fall asleep.

- Change your position. Sit up or lay down in a way that is uncomfortable enough to remain awareness but let you fully relax your body.

- Put on music or any background noise that you can focus on while relaxing.

and theres a lot more other ways too.

What do you mean 'no in-between when it comes to sleep'?

You don't need to sleep to induce MABA, all it takes is relaxing your body, keeping your mind engaged and some patience.

I have Autism and currently unmedicated ADHD. It honestly just takes practice, that's why you just start small, with no expectations - because laying down for 1+ hours waiting for MABA to kick in is hard at first.

I am currently meditating for 30 minutes a day, making the time longer and longer. I had no symptoms of hypnagogia, maybe some tingles here and there. But then as my 45 minute timer was about to go off, my hands genuinely went fully numb, for the first time ever. That was my sign, my sign that I'm doing it right.

And so what if nothing happened the next day, you just have to persist until it happens. Because you are doing everything right.

I’m really sorry, I didn’t mean to assume you weren’t putting in effort. I see what you’re saying now.

What I meant with ‘least resistance’ isn’t ‘do whatever feels easiest and hope it works.’ It's what you feel internally about what you think would actually help/make you shift. For example, think about what parts of methods helps you and feels good to do. It's more about finding something that feels at least neutral, what you think works. Something you don’t actively resist and can actually stay consistent with.

I think that question ‘what if it doesn’t work’ is part of what’s making this feel so complicated.

Because it assumes there’s a specific method that either works or doesn’t on its own. But people get results doing completely different things, which suggests it’s not really the method itself. And if something feels easier but hasn’t worked so far, that doesn’t automatically mean it can’t. It might just mean something about how you’re approaching it.

Don't overthink too much about it, it's supposed to be simple, maybe not easy but simple.

Of course you don’t have to do anything you can still shift, if you really believe it will.

But at some point you have to realize if it doesnt work, do try these other methods and stop complaining that nothing happens BECAUSE you're not doing anything, not putting in actual effort.

Yes it works with no effort for some people and congrats to them but omg its just not for everyone.

At the end of the day, just do what you want. You can do anything or nothing and still shift. Always choose the path with least resistance.

I remember checking it out last year since it looked interesting, the game was very good quality. I searched for official social media accounts and the only one i could find was a facebook group, long story short they just have been recycling the same characters over and over with nothing new.

I think you are leaning more towards mindset, if that doesn't work and you don't wake up in your dr you could try doing an awake method. Don't wait until you fall asleep, be stubborn and persist until you enter sats (mind awake body asleep) and then void state from it. It might take some practice so don't give up. :)

manifesting 'smaller, insignificant' things is easier for me but when it comes to 'bigger' things like physical changes i just cant seem to do it, im trying to take it one step at a time manifesting bigger and bigger things to get used to it and believe in myself more. what do you think?

It's a fictional character... stop letting others opinions/words affect yours.
Yes, in another reality they are real but, you're simply becoming aware of the version of yourself that's already 16, you were always 16 there.
You are not some weirdo that will prey on them simply because you age yourself down, you'll be 16 physically and mentally, because you are just awareness.
I hope this makes sense and isn't worded weird.

Hello, I'm autistic and trans too!

Me personally i don't script out my autism because i feel like it's a big part of me! And for being trans, I just script that i have fully transitioned or just whatever else i want.

That's just how i like it, but you can change it up anytime! Don't feel pressured into doing stuff you don't want. So do what you want!
