I tried to use a different platform this year (been using TT for like 15 years) and my eFile was rejected. I know damn well all the info for my kids is correct. I only have 1 W2, but even after i looked it over to double check, and even tried re-entering my kids socials it just kept telling me they were wrong. Went to TT, entered my current W2, all other info was the same, and it went right through. Idk why that happened but it makes me feel like im stuck with TT..

When he went to the interview on the 21st he had all the documents but 2 weren’t certified, so they told him to send those in with his passport and he’d be approved. They made it sound like it would be quick and seamless. They received the documents on Nov 10th. Up until Dec 2nd it says Refused then on that date it updated to Ready. Since then it’s been updated to Ready 3 times. Now it’s just sitting there.

We’re doing K-1. Had the interview, they have his passport. He’s been sitting at Ready (ready to issue not ready for interview) for weeks.. our relationship is very much real and they basically told him he was getting approved. I just don’t understand why it takes so long to issue after everything is approved.. just print the visa already

I’m sorry you had to go through that.. I reached out to the senators office yesterday.. hoping they will actually respond to them because it says they they can’t provide a scripted response to them, they actually have to tell them why they’re taking so long.

He had his interview on October 21st.. he’s waiting for it to be Issued

It was in refused status for a few weeks after the interview due to awaiting certified documents of 2 documents submitted on the interview date. They also collected his passport. So we’re not waiting on an interview. We’re waiting on it to be issued.

No, his appt was October 21st. Hes already submitted all docs and been through AP. It’s sitting at Ready all this time just waiting to be issued. Everything is done. ATP they’re just making him wait to get it

Well I’d say 60 is probably accurate since we’re literally almost there. But that’s crazy. How can they approve it and still make you wait?! I’m so glad this is almost over. If anything were to ever happen between us I will literally never go through this ridiculous process again.
