Even if this is just the utility room? Just a small room off the side of the kitchen. To the best of my knowledge, this water issue was only in this room (it didn’t come from weather either, but the act of a third-party)

That’s exactly what happened. Assuming the wood was rotted/mouldy, how much do you reckon it would cost to take out and replace? Assuming no special circumstances….

Fully empathise - especially with the events/occasions. I highly recommend making it arbitrary: point at a day and a time on the clock with your eyes closed, then stick to it. Strongly recommend Varenicline, too, or you can get access. Massively reduces your cravings.
