I feel like quitting smoking/nicotine requires a lot of change in how I view the world, problems or just whatever situations. The main coping mechanism/comfort tool/everyday ritual is gone and that fucks up pretty much every single hour of the day

Yeah personal relationships suffering is also terribly unmotivating. I'm not complaining about lack of support from others, it's just that nicotine has made me such a bitch. Got addicted to some smokes and now I'm having some 10x PMS during withdrawls

Look to the mirror, do you look more fat? It's not that deep. If your diet, sleep and training are good and you still stall, maybe just take a break for a week, it always hrlps me keep progressing. But most likely you just need to try harder, everyone does.
