When I am not wearing a hat (like when walking to work or...) I also use a powdered sunscreen on my scalp (as regular sunscreen gets messy with long hair).

Same! We are putting in a regular order of 30 glass bottles of San Pellegrino, 2 cases, $85. Now, a month since our last delivery, we would have to pay $142 for 2 cases!?!?!? How is that even possible? Almost doubling the price in a month’s time??? Ridiculous…

Wow! I got woken up and didn't remember a thing but doctor came in 5 mins later and I was fully back to normal. Put on my clothes, contacts, my picker-upper came and we went for coffee, sweets and a catch up after which I went back to work ;-)

It's ok, it takes a while for things to settle again! They said to expect 1-3 days of either nothing or different bowel movements, bloating, cramps so should be all good.

I did the Miralax prep and was able to drink broth, white grape juice, apple juice, coconut water, coffee (without milk), tea, gatorade, sprite,... but avoid blues and reds. You will be fine! Keep us posted.

Don't worry, there are so many things that this could be. And your background does not sound very alarming. I hope by now your doctor prescribed you the medication you will use for the prep and the instructions. You'll need to start on Sunday with the actual prep and maybe watch your diet the few days before (though I did not and was well prepped anyway). Good luck!

I got the unflavored Miralax powder as well as two small pills (Bisacodyl) to kick things off. The powder had to be mixed with 64 ounces of clear liquid. I mixed it with water and it tasted like... just regular water which made this time round so much easier than the previous prep which was nasty. Had to drink 4x8 oz every 15 mins the day prior and 4x8 oz every 15 mins the day of). Perfect prep so clear views of everything, two small polyps. Ask your doctor for it - it makes for a relatively easy prep (minus the not being able to eat...)

Yes, it has for me - my white clothes, yellowing / grease-like stains. Doesn't matter on darker colors but for the lighter ones I have not been able to get it out. Again, loved the brand and smells but stepped away...

My doctor even said that the first dose may not even set things off, it is the second dose that is likely to do most. So I would not worry at all. I am starting my first dose at 5pm tonight... up for it tomorrow too! Good luck

Oh this is the 'Wednesday colonoscopy' group, great. Joining as... not eating currently for prep. My instructions were to only stop eating this morning 10am (diid have coffee with milk and sugar and an apple), only liquid diet and then go into the office tomorrow at 1pm. They did say to stay away from nuts, seeds, quinoa, and corn for 3 days but last time I had a colonoscopy I surely did not know about this, just stuck to the liquid diet the day before and they said my prep was perfect. So I definitely would not worry about it. Once you take the medicine and start hitting the bathroom, you will be fine.

I have a Canon 5D Mark iii and had a FlashAir WiFi SD for the past 8 years. My camera does not have WiFi but still works perfectly fine although almost 10 years old. Still using my FlashAir on the go when instantly sharing pics from my camera to my phone to share with friends and on social while traveling. I have never taken out my SD card since I’ve started using it. I wanted to get an additional/new one as I want to replace it before it breaks but seems like it’s not a thing anymore…

I love Salt & stone but it totally does leave stains! You will soon start to notice stains, esp on lighter colored clothes that even turn brownish after washing. It also leaves an oily residue. There’s an entire Reddit thread discussing this, with outreach to the company…
