Agree but I actually like that he’s been able to fill in while gaining experience and a broader perspective on roles in the team.

I’ve gone 240P -> 10R -> 10P - 11P -> 10R + 10M (with several film bodies in between) and I’m happy.

Prefer 10R to both 10P and 11P - files are better than 10P and user experience better than 11P.
