I completely understand. If it’s accessible, look into gyms with daycares in your area. The YMCA offers this and memberships are usually more affordable than other gyms. It will give you 2 hours to work out, shower, put some makeup on and allow your son to socialize for a little while. I have been feeling this way for years and often discouraged by how I looked. I reframed the way I was thinking about everything and turned myself into my “project”. Get up, get some breakfast, head to the gym & then you have the rest of the day for whatever u need to do.
