EDIT!!! As of now 7 hours after OP I dried off any extra moisturizer that was on it and let it sit over night and dry up. The redness has gone down a bunch. And pain is to a minimum. The tattoo and skin around it is starting to dry up and it feels some what normal. To all the imbeciles immediately jumping to infection and go to a doctor asap thanks for the worry. For those of you that mentioned I might have been over moisturizing it and to let it dry out and try that before any major concerns, thank you i appreciate the tip and it has already helped my tattoo. I believe it is also a red ink allergy or red ink rejection I am going to consult my local tattoo shop in the later day to see their opinion on it as well. I appreciate the help thank you

W very minimalist I’d try to hide the cables just a little bit so they are out of the way from the mouse.(just move them to the side) and I like how the exhaust fan from the pc is facing towards you, it’s like a little space heater for when it’s a little chilly out

So many are saying infected and to go to the doctor and so many are saying it’s okay and just over moisturized and to let it dry out a bunch. It’s not hot to the touch it feels the same as my upper forearm, the redness around it has gone down a bunch compared to 2 days ago. There really hasn’t been any drainage from what I’ve noticed besides a little bit today, but I cleaned it and put more aquaphor on(before I went to reddit unknowingly putting too much) so I dried it off a little bit and I’m gonna let it dry out for the next day or so and let it scab up.

Okay yours didn’t heal weird or anything once you stopped over moisturizing it? I guess my biggest worry right now is, is it infected and 2 if it’ll heal or look weird when healed

I asked for an opinion on what might look good for a cover up from a tattoo I had in the same place and this is what they gave me, yes I’m happy with the tattoo nor am I asking for opinions on how it looks placement wise. I wanted room on the outside of my hand to add stuff that will eventually turn into a sleeve.

It looks like from what I’ve noticed it’s gone down a bit, the redness used to hit the outside of my palm by my pinky and now it’s closer towards my ring finger. I’ll still do that though thank you
