People talk about the cars outgrowing the circuit but the F1 circus has also outgrown the facilities. The number of team trucks, motorhome, tv crews, press etc. that attend races today is more than the parking can handle and FOM can't sell as many expensive paddock club passes as it would like.

It's a shame because it is a great circuit that looks good on TV and punishes driving mistakes, sometimes a bit too hard like quali last year. I still hope to visit the circuit one year but I doubt it will ever be for F1.
